A professional packaging solution

The difference between a professional product and an amateur plastic tubs effort is the quality of the packaging and labelling. Our top quality cans and labels were designed by packaging industry experts specifically to fulfil our requirements for a professional, high quality packaging solution. This ultimately involved having a state of the art weighing, filling and heat-sealing line designed and manufactured in the UK specifically for our needs.

One of the most important requirements for our packing solution was the need to be able to correctly package vulnerable products that go stale when exposed to normal air. The solution is known as MAP/F or Modified Atmosphere Packaging, and involves replacing the normal air in the can with food grade nitrogen gas. To enable this complex process to happen the cans need to be specifically designed to keep the nitrogen in and the air out. Likewise, the sophisticated packaging machinery has to be specifically designed for the purpose.

Our impressive MAP/F packing line has a maximum capacity of over 10 million cans per year, so stock shortages should not be an issue.
